The SNAP E&T Third-Party Partnership (TPP) Initiative expands these efforts by allowing collaboration with local entities including colleges, nonprofits, local governments, and other organizations to extend services beyond what a state agency can deliver alone while leveraging reimbursement to enhance training and support opportunities. South Texas College (STC) has agreed to be our partner and training provider for the SNAP E&T TPP Initiative by providing vocational and nonvocational education, career training, and participant support services. This partnership with STC aims to increase employment outcomes into meaningful employment and economic self-sufficiency for SNAP E&T participants.
